Normal players and admins can run these commands.

/store		This command shows the store link for the player.
/discord		This command shows the discord link for the player.
/help		This command shows the help menu for the player.
/bp join [<arena>]		This command allows the player to join an arena.
/bp leave		This command allows the player to leave an arena.

Admins should be able to run these commands if they have the permission.
